  They seemed to know what they were doing, and we were happy with their initial services but they referred us to this guy in Marion, NC that could not fulfill the job for our hardwoods. When my wife called, they treated her like she was stupid and explained to her that "this is how it's done".. Even though we are fully aware that the wood this man cut for us was not up to standards in the hardwood floor industry. It was cracked and full of holes throughout. And the ends weren't even cut. They were left raw and untrimmed. There was no tongue and groove on the tips either, which is a standard of the industry. Our floor installers have refused to lay down this wood without T&G on the ends of the woodboard Bee Tree provided the original mill worker. This individual was also over 5 weeks late delivering an unfinished product. That alone is unacceptable. All we wanted Bee Tree to do was act appropriately over the phone with my wife and offer to pick up the lumber from this gentleman, and take the wood to the other mill in Canton (who provides this service appropriately). As they did not communicate this error in his skill set to us when they recommended him. We are unsatisfied with Bee Tree for their negligent customer service. As well as their negative & derogatory attitude towards us when we called to explain the situation. We do not recommend Bee Tree Hardwoods.
